What this website collects

Nothing. The site is static. It has no forms, uses no analytics, embeds no third-party content — not even fonts, which are served from the same server, and sets no cookies on your device.

The server hosting the site keeps technical logs of IP address and request time, as every server does. These are created and deleted by the hosting provider for security and operational purposes, and we do not use them to identify visitors.

When you contact us

If you email or call us, we process whatever you choose to give us: your name, contact details, company name and the content of your message.

When we work together

In costing, analysis, investment programme and business plan engagements we may process data relating to a client company's representatives, managers or employees. For that data we normally act as a processor on the client's behalf, under a written agreement setting out the purposes, the security measures and the duration.

We do not use client data for any other purpose, do not combine it across engagements, and do not present it publicly.

Who else sees it

We do not sell or otherwise make data available to third parties. Access may be given, strictly as needed, to our hosting and email provider, to external collaborators bound by confidentiality agreements, and to public authorities where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection. Write to info@fmcs.gr and we will respond within one month.

If you believe the processing infringes the Regulation, you may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority — in Cyprus the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection, in Greece the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.

Changes

If this policy is amended, the date at the top of the page will be updated.
